Feast your eyes on the incredible Proteas blooming: Cream Mink, Pink Thomas, White Donna, Pink Ice as well as the enormous Coccinea Banksias, Menzeii and more. The Discolor Leucas with their mauve tips, as well as the filmy soft Pisa adds so much to a bouquet. Learn to wrap these beauties as gifts for others.

An expert florist will guide you this two hour workshop, including a wander around the farm, selection of your choice of foliage and flowers as well as a taste of strawberry crostata downed with rose. So much fun in the fields rain, hail or shine.

FOREVER FLOWERS

Create a forever flowers vase of inspiration selecting from the huge array of only-in-winter, farm fresh Proteas, Banksias and or dried flowers and grasses.
Install your arrangements into a vase of your choice from our supply. Vase is included as a take home gift.
Mix and match textures colours and sizes or choose to create a simpler impact with a minimal design, the choice is yours .

This two hour session from 1-3 pm will also include a glass of rose and slice of famous locally made vegetarian quiche . You'll eat upon arrival so we can dive into creativity.
​
These forever flower vases arrangements are a most special workshop mentored by a florist with 30 years experience.

Villa Floretti x Céramiques elsternwick
​
3.5 hours of flower picking, floral arrangement, eating, bubbles and vase making! Join head Ceramiques mentor Guy and florist Annette and create to your heart's content.
Learn to coil a vase for your arranged flowers. Pieces will be glazed and fired by the studio for pick up at a later date.
No previous experience required. Please note this is a hand building class and students will not be using the pottery wheel.
First Saturday of the month.

Villa Floretti x Paola from Italy on my Mind
​
Come into our kitchen and cook a pugliese inspired lunch with Paola, one of Australia’s most popular Italian food bloggers. During this workshop you will work alongside Paola preparing your food, then share a glass or two of rose over lunch on the wisteria covered terrace overlooking the farm, Western Port Bay and Port Phillip Bay.
Wander the 5 acres of proteas and banksias, learn about their growth habits and create your own posy surrounded by birdsong. This will be a rare fun day of food flowers and Puglia dreaming.
